1. Acceptance and service

By using SubSeller, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. SubSeller is a Trusted Tools record-keeping and workflow tool for products, shared tool accounts and slots, customer subscriptions, payments, reminders, WhatsApp drafts, backups and monthly reports.

2. Accounts and data

You must keep your Google account and devices secure and have a lawful basis to store customer contact and transaction information. Do not store provider passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Acceptable use

Use SubSeller only for lawful customer-management activities. Do not use it for fraud, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, malicious code, security probing or violation of Google, WhatsApp or a digital-tool provider's rules.

4. Third-party services

Google sign-in and Drive sync are optional and governed by Google's terms. WhatsApp, hosting, internet access and managed digital tools are third-party services; Trusted Tools does not control their availability, pricing or account decisions.

5. Accuracy, backups and availability

Reports and reminders depend on user-entered information and are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Users should review important figures and dates and keep a secure exported backup. Uninterrupted access and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Ownership and termination

SubSeller's software, branding and original interface belong to Trusted Tools or its licensors; users retain ownership of their business records. Access may be limited to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. Users may stop using the service at any time.

7. Disclaimer, changes and contact

SubSeller is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. These terms may be updated as the service changes. For questions, contact Trusted Tools using the support email displayed on the Google authorization screen.
