Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains what SubSeller collects, why it is used, where it is stored, when it is deleted and the choices available to each user. SubSeller is a subscription-sales management application provided by Trusted Tools.
1. Purpose of the application
SubSeller helps sellers manage digital products, customer subscriptions, shared tool accounts and user slots, customer access and expiry dates, payments, renewal follow-ups, manual WhatsApp drafts, backups and fixed monthly reports. It does not sell subscriptions, process payment cards or automatically send WhatsApp messages.
2. Google information and permissions
Google access is optional. SubSeller requests: openid for a stable account identifier; userinfo.email for the account email; userinfo.profile for the account name and profile picture; and drive.appdata to create, read, update and delete only SubSeller files in the hidden Google Drive application-data folder. It cannot browse, read or modify documents in My Drive and never receives the user's Google password.
3. How Google user data is used
- Authenticate the user and connect authorized browser and Android sessions.
- Locate the SubSeller application-data file belonging to that account.
- Synchronize products, customers, subscriptions, tool accounts, payments, settings and monthly reports.
- Maintain revision information so older data cannot silently replace newer records.
- Display the connected account name, email and profile picture in settings.
4. Limited use of Google data
SubSeller's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only for user-facing authentication and synchronization. It is not used for advertising, credit assessment or surveillance; it is not sold; and humans do not read it except with affirmative permission for support, when required for security, or when required by law.
5. Business and customer information entered by users
Users may enter business settings; product names, prices, durations and notes; tool-account labels, costs, expiry dates and slot assignments; customer names, WhatsApp numbers, emails and notes; subscription dates, payments, refunds and follow-up history; monthly reports; and deliberately imported backups. SubSeller does not require or encourage storing tool-account passwords.
6. Storage
Before Google sync is connected, business records remain in local app or browser storage. After connection, the active business-data document is stored in the user's private Google Drive appDataFolder. The SubSeller server stores the Google account identifier, name, email and profile picture; encrypted authorization tokens; Drive file identifiers; short-lived login codes; device tokens; revision metadata; and necessary security logs. It does not retain the active business-data document after migration to Google Drive.
7. Sharing
Trusted Tools does not sell personal information or customer records. Information is processed only as necessary through Google OAuth and Drive, the VPS hosting provider, and network and security infrastructure. WhatsApp receives information only when the user deliberately opens a prepared message or chat.
8. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until the user clears local data, replaces it with a backup or uninstalls the application. Google-synced records remain in the private application-data folder until deleted through the relevant account process. Login codes are short-lived, and device tokens remain until sign-out, revocation, expiry or security invalidation.
Users can erase local records in Settings, sign out to revoke a device session, or remove SubSeller under Google Account → Security → Connections to third-party apps. To request deletion of server account data, encrypted Google tokens and authentication metadata, contact Trusted Tools through the verified support email shown on the Google authorization screen.
9. Security and choices
SubSeller uses HTTPS, restricted server access, per-user isolation, encrypted Google tokens, short-lived login codes and per-device API tokens. Google Drive connection and Android notifications are optional. Users may continue with local-only records, export their data, sign out or revoke Google access.
10. Contact and changes
SubSeller is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum digital-consent age. Policy updates will be dated on this page. For privacy, Google-data or deletion questions, contact Trusted Tools at hassan.tariq771@gmail.com.
